The Nant y Pwl Cottage is situated in the beautiful Dysynni Valley with outstanding views overlooking Broad Water and Cardigan Bay.

If you are looking for a quite get away from it all holiday, this is the property for you. The Cottage is surrounded by spectacular countryside, outstanding views and an abundance of wild life, badgers, foxes, hares, bats, red kites, owls, herons and buzzards are regularly seen close to the property. Listening and watching the wildlife at sunset on a summers evening is a truly magical experience.

The cottage is a mile and half from the near deserted Cardigan Bay Coast, 500m from the Dysynni Broad and within easy reach of Birds Rock and Cader Idris mountain range. This cottage is a must for hill walkers, cyclists, fishermen, outdoor and wildlife enthusiasts, being surrounded by the Snowdonia National Park, an area of outstanding natural beauty.

ACCOMMODATION: upstairs - 1 double bedroom with ensuite, 1 cot. Downstairs – 1 twin bedroom, kitchen/dining room, large lounge and separate family bathroom.

The Cottage is situated approximately 3 miles from coastal resort of Tywyn which has a good variety of shops, cinema, leisure centre and promenade. The pretty harbour village of Aberdovey with its sailing, water sports, fishing and a renowned championship Golf Course, is just less than 7 miles away.

The property has been tastefully renovated throughout offers all the comforts we expect today, under floor central heating, modern kitchen, plenty of parking and all the rooms have outstanding views over countryside.

All heating and electricity is included in the price, as well as bed linen and towels.

Please also be aware that the property has two ponds and a small stream from a spring next to the main house; it is advised not to let children play around these areas unsupervised
